Only 3 of the last 10 President's Trophy winners have gone on to win the Cup. They looked very beatable last round against the Islanders. If the Rangers can continue to play the way they did last round, keep that intensity up, they can totally walk away with this round. It won't be another sweep that's for sure.
I wouldn't want to make the Sabres feel at home, but is there any chance we could get some of those wings shipped down? I'm getting really tired of the "food" at the Garden.

Somebody needs to explain why change things if there is nothing wrong, talking about the lineup. What happened to the philosphy, "If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it"? At least there is another day, LET'S Go Rangers!!
buffalo is a good team but there not that good, we could beat them if we play the same way this round as last. the score made it seem we got killed worse than we did, we cant give them 7 powerplays a game and a 5 on 3 for 2 minutes with no goals if i was renney i would have shot them when the period was over anyway we need to WIN on friday and bring this series home 1-1 lets go rangers
I know the Rangers can beat them...They have to stay out of the box and the defense has got to step it up a bit. Is that to much to ask???
Hey, who has been posting?? Why do you want to be anonymous??
They have to slow them down, give hits instead of taking hits. We also have to jam the crease, shake up Miller a bit.
the buffalo sabres were the champions-elect again a team so swift and skilled that 84-85 oilers wouldnt have been able to keep up with them. that quote was written by john dellapina in the daly news today. i dont know much about the oilers of that year, i was only 4. i do know though that gretzky (73) kurri (71) and paul coffee (37) combined for 181 goals thats more than half than the sabres scored as a team this year, i think they scored 303. so its hard for me to belive they could beat the oilers. i dont know why everybody is so high on buffalo i think i might hate them more than the devils now.
